There are three hostels attached to the college — one exclusively for boys and two for girls. On account of increasing demand, two new Girl Hostels have been constructed at a cost of approximately Rs. One Crore with ultra-modern facilities and 24-hour electricity supply. The hostels provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for outstation students, enabling them to focus entirely on their academic pursuits. An ambulance service is also available for emergencies on campus.

Rules Regarding Payment of Hostel Charges

All students must adhere to the following regulations

  1. The schedule of payment of hostel charges will be the same as in the case of tuition fee. If a student does not pay by the due date, the Warden shall ensure such student does not continue to reside in the hostel.
  2. Once admitted, a student cannot stop paying hostel rent on the plea of not residing. To vacate, the student must obtain prior permission of the Provost/Warden and send prior intimation to the college office.
  3. If the name is struck off due to non-payment of hostel dues, the student can be re-admitted with the approval of the Principal.
  4. Students of low income group / outstanding players / brilliant students can be given free accommodation by the Principal at his/her discretion.

Refund of College / Hostel Security

Security refund policy for all hostel students

  1. At the time of claiming security refund, the student must return the Identity-cum-Library Card. Failure to do so will result in a charge of Rs. 100/- for its loss.
  2. If the security is not withdrawn within the next academic year, it shall be treated as lapsed automatically and no claim will be entertained.
  3. Security is non-refundable if a student leaves the college during the academic session. Students are advised to claim the refund of their security within three months after leaving the college.
